What is the PowerSchool Parent Portal?

The parent portal is an online portal accessible anywhere on the web that parents can log in to and see all of their children in one place, their grades, reports, attendance and book time slots for all parent-conferences for each child.

Below are some of the additional features we will be rolling out soon.

How do I log on to PowerSchool?

We have created an account for you in the PowerSchool Parent Portal.

Please use this link https://asb.powerschool.com/public to access your account.

Your login details would have been sent to your registered email address

Please Note: Logging into PowerSchool Parent Portal is important as this will be the way to the "Parent Teacher Conference" booking system.

Logging to PowerSchool Parent Portal

1. From the 'Parent Sign In' page, Click on 'Forgot Username or Password?'

   

2. From the 'Recover Account Sign In Information' page, Select the 'Forget Password?' tab

   

   Fill in your login details and press 'Enter'

3. When you see the 'Forget Password Email Sent' page, click the 'Sign in.' link

   

4. Open your recovery email mailbox to locate an email with subject 'PowerSchool Password Reset Request' which look like below, and click on the reset link. Please also check you Junk Mail Folder.

5. In the page that opened, enter your username (case-sensitive) and new passwords and click 'Enter'

   

What if a can't see my child(ren) in my parent portal?

1. As you land on the parent portal, please click on the 'Account Preferences', then select the 'Student' tab, You should see all your children who are studying in ASB

   

2. If any child(ren) is missing in the list please use the 'Access Id' and 'Access Password' emailed to you for each child to add in to the system

   

Please login to your PowerSchool and follow the instructions below to book your appointments.

1. Please navigate to https://asb.powerschool.com/public

   

2. Click on the icon to open Applications Panel

   

3. Click on "PowerPTC" link to open Parents Booking System

   

4. Click on "Attempt to Schedule" for the student for whom you would like to book the appointment. 

   

5. Click on the link "Not Scheduled" link to see the available slots

   

6. Click the "Request Appointment" button, If the slot is not available then you will not see the button. Please scroll down the page to see the next day slots also.
